1   Process red peppers, 2 tablespoons oil, water, tomato paste, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and pepper in blender until smooth, about 60 seconds, scraping down sides of blender jar as needed.

2   Heat remaining 2 tablespoons oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add gnocchi in single layer and cook, without moving, until well browned and crispy on one side, about 6 minutes. Stir gnocchi and continue to cook until just beginning to brown on second side, about 2 minutes. Remove skillet from heat, add red pepper sauce, and stir until gnocchi are well coated. (If sauce is too thick, add additional warm water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until sauce reaches desired consistency.) Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
